It's the MindShift Meditations Podcast that I am co-hosting with Chel Hamilton of the Meditation Minis Podcast.
But we're NOT the ones leading the meditations.
We have invited guest coaches, teachers and experts to lead 3-5 episodes each so you can benefit from their gifts, as they wouldn't normally have any podcasts available.
