Relaxation and Gratitude Meditation
Almost two and a half minutes of gratitude time.
I take a deep breath and choose a relaxed state. I am grateful for this moment.
I am inside my body and fully aware of all the parts of my body. I am now in tune with my mind, my body and my spirit. I am taking deep breaths.
As I do this, I am thankful for each breath. I am alive and I am aware of the greatness that lies within me.
With each breath, I am thankful for my health. I am thankful for my ability to hear. I am thankful for my ability to see. I am thankful for my ability to smell. I am thankful for my ability to taste. I am thankful for my ability to touch.
I am in tune with and grateful for this moment. I am inside my body and fully aware of all the parts of my body.
I am in tune with and thankful for my ability to sense. I am in tune with and am thankful for my ability to relax. I choose to relax.
I choose to feel the flow of life throughout my body. I feel warm, loving energy flowing from the top of my head to the bottoms of my feet. I am relaxed. I am in a state of gratitude.
